This renovated townhome is located right in the heart of Philadelphia, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping as well as South Street. The entire home was painted from top to bottom as well as the railings leading up this 4 story home. In the kitchen, the wood shelf was secured to the wall above the finely crafted custom made seat bench. A corner bar was added to the living room with glass front cabinets, granite countertop and plenty of storage to entertain family and friends. All bathrooms included a fresh coat of paint and new lighting fixtures. Custom desks were built in the office and family room with the shelves above secured. Extra storage space was created in the office closet by adding shelves and drawers.
