"I first worked with Ed and Steve in 2004 when they built a master bedroom and bath over the existing two-car garage, and completely remodeled two existing baths. I was extraordinarily pleased with the quality of their work then, and immediately called them when water damage in January 2014 caused extensive damage to the master bath (on the second floor) and the mudroom and garage (on the first floor.) Before work could begin, my insurance company had to review and approve cost estimates. There was a difference between the adjuster's estimates and Rudloff's - in part because I chose to upgrade the flooring options - but Ed made himself available to the insurance company and met with the adjuster - which I greatly appreciated.
The work was completed within the original estimate, even though new cabinet doors and facings had to be hand stripped and restained in order to match the color of the 2004 cabinets.
As was the case in 2004, everyone who worked on the job was very professional and pleasant to have in the house. Each day, the job site was cleaned up before the workers left.
