1) new ceiling with recessed lights in our family room and painted ceiling

2) removed wrought iron railing to basement and replaced with wood railing which they stained

3) removed 2 brass & wrought iron railings leading to the second floor and replaced with wood railings which were again stained

4) removed paint on woodwork on stairs and stained

We were very impressed with the professionalism of all the workers; everyone arrived on the job when they said they would; there were various workers...construction, electrical and painters and they all worked well together and seemed to help each other out. I was very impressed that everyday when they arrived, time was spent making sure all areas of the house were protected and at the end of the day all areas were cleaned up even though they were coming back the next day. All workers were very social and very professional. Work was done in a timely manner without interrupting our daily routine too much.
